Will you have any awards?
The Butler County Donut Trail Cycle Challenge is a LEISURE cycling event and not a TIMED cycling event. The only awards that will be given will be for costume contest winners.

When will race registration close?
Race day registration will be offered based on the amount of extra bib tags available. Once bib tags are sold out, race registration will be officially closed.

What time will the course close?
Please remember that all roads are open to traffic, so please ride with extreme caution. The course is open for riding until 4:00PM. For the Frosted 58, we do ask for you to complete the course within six hours and for the Twisted 28 to be complete within four hours from start to finish.

Can someone else pick up my race packet for me?
Participants unable to pick up their own challenge packet may have someone else pick up their packet. You must bring a copy of valid identity for the challenge packet you are picking up on behalf of another participant. We are not responsible for any missing challenge packets.

Where will packet pick up be located?
Packet pickup will be located at Marcum Park (116 Dayton Street, Hamilton, OH 45011) from 7:00AM – 9:30AM on race morning.

Does the course have any hills?
Yes, the Frosted 58 includes some hilly areas. Are you up for the challenge? The Twisted 28 includes small rolling hills. Both challenges include scenic views of Butler County.

Is there on-site parking available at the Marcum Park?
Unfortunately, this area will be closed for course setup and safety reasons. Parking information will be released closer to the actual event.

Who will receive a finisher’s medal?
Every individual who registers for the Butler County Donut Trail Cycle Challenge will receive a custom finishers medal UPON COMPLETION of the challenge.

Who will receive a t-shirt?
Every individual who registers for the Butler County Donut Trail Cycle Challenge will receive a custom t-shirt UPON COMPLETION of the challenge.

What if there is bad weather?
Both challenges will take place rain or shine. The challenges will be cancelled only if absolutely necessary. In this case, there will be no refunds. Each athlete must accept the risks taken.

Will headphones and music be allowed on the course?
Music and headphones will be allowed. Please be aware of your surroundings for safety purposes. The Butler County Donut Trail Cycle Challenge will not be responsible for any personal negligence.

Will there be water stations located throughout the course?
Yes, there will be water stations at each Donut Yum Zone on both routes. Please reference our course maps for approximate locations.

Will electrical bicycles be allowed?
Electrical bikes will not be allowed to participate. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Are spectators welcome?
Yes, spectators are welcome to attend the event and cheer on participants. Donut enthusiasm is highly encouraged!

What is the prizing for the costume contest winner? 
The winners will be announced prior to the ceremonial start. Prizing will be donut themed. Stay Tuned!
